January 6: CIDNA Land Use Committee meeting to consider preliminary proposal
January 13: Preliminary formal feedback by the CIDNA Committee
Month of January: Formal proposal by Trammell Crow Co.
About January 27: CIDNA Committee meeting to consider formal proposal. Public feedback including positions by condominium associations, immediate neighbors and other stakeholders.
About January 31: Formal recommendation by the CIDNA Committee
February 12: CIDNA Board Meeting to consider motion to accept recommendation of the Committee. If significant questions and problems were to arise, this schedule could be delayed at least until the March 12 CIDNA Board meeting.

For this project to exceed the 35- and 56-foot height limits, the following factors must be evaluated:
“(1) Access to light and air of surrounding properties.
(2) Shadowing of residential properties or significant public spaces.
(3) The scale and character of surrounding uses.
(4) Preservation of views of landmark buildings, significant open spaces or water bodies.”
Ordinance Required Finding: “The conditional use will not be injurious to the use and enjoyment of other property in the area.”
Ordinance Evaluation criteria. “The City Planning Commission will consider limiting the visibility of structures and other development from protected waters.”
