The reason for this schedule is that Trammell Crow Co. has not yet responded to CIDNA’s feedback about their initial proposals. The developer has proposed 11- and 6-story options. The CIDNA Committee has informally responded by requesting Trammell Crow to submit a proposal that respects the 56-foot height limit (5 stories), the adjacent Loop Condominiums, and the character and scale of the neighborhood.
