The CIDNA Land Use and Development Committee evaluates all major projects in the Cedar-Isles-Dean Neighborhood. Public meetings are announced on this site and through CIDNA’s email list. The CIDNA Committee makes non-binding recommendations to the the CIDNA Board of Directors. Committee members, all of whom live in CIDNA, are as follows:
Robert R. Corrick, Land Use and Development Committee Chair, past CIDNA board member, retired investment analyst and portfolio manager. Resident of CIDNA since 1979 in Lake of the Isles area.
Norman DeWitt, President of Lake Point Condominium Association, and 8-year resident of CIDNA.
Stephen W. Goltry, CIDNA Board member. Registered landscape architect and urban planner. Lives in Lake Street area.
Raymond D. Greco, FAIA, practicing architect and past CIDNA Board member. Resident of CIDNA since 1981; lives in the Sunset area.
Jay H. Isenberg, AIA, practicing architect, infill housing developer and an arbitrator and mediator of design and construction disputes. He and family have been residents of CIDNA since 1978. Lives in the Sunset area.
Bob Olson, retired real commercial real estate professional, lives in Lake Street area, a 35-year resident of CIDNA.
Joan Soranno, FAIA, Design Principal at HGA Architects and Engineers. Lives in Dean Parkway area.
Karen Stublaski, CIDNA board member. Construction Industry Development Chemist. Lives in Lake Street area.
Vernon J. Vander Weide, attorney (litigation in the corporate, securities, investments area with no experience or clients in real estate development); current and former CIDNA board member; resident of CIDNA (Sunset area) since 1976.
Craig Westgate, President of CIDNA board. Single-family real estate developer. Lives on St. Paul Avenue.
Michael Wilson, CIDNA board member, Midtown Greenway Coalition board member representing CIDNA. Regular contributor to Hill & Lake Press. Retired psychologist, Minneapolis Public Schools. Resident of Cedar Lake Shores Townhomes.
